長病に妙なり
△物覚（ものおぼへ）これをよくし気をひろくすること妙なり△子なき人常に用て能
子を生ず女消産する人常に用て安産也△男女共に目口引つり腰
ひざいたみ手足あしく物覚へなく気ぬけ言わからぬに妙也
△男女とも気のつかれ身の疲￣レ△らうがい△疾あせ△火動じんきよ△陰痿（ゐんい）
△てんかん△気絶△りびやうおこり△中風きやうふう△のぼせ立ぐらみ△食傷
胸痛腹痛一切毒虫毒獣物におどろく人に妙也△小児虫気五かん夜なき又
卒病に妙也△毒忌（とくいみ）なし△御医師方の御くすり用ひながら此薬用給ふて少しも

総じて異病変病、ぶらぶら病、狂気、乱心
長病に妙効である
△物覚えをよくし、気を広くすること妙効である△子なき人常に用いてよく子を生む、女性で流産する人常に用いて安産である△男女共に目口の引きつり、腰膝痛み、手足が悪く物覚えなく、気抜け、言葉がわからないのに妙効である
△男女とも気の疲れ、身の疲れ△労咳△疾汗△火動腎虚△陰萎
△癲癇△気絶△労病おこり△中風驚風△のぼせ立ちくらみ△食傷
