ただし乗尻二十人の内、一家が座に仕えている時は、その手の若役を呼びに遣わし、右の趣を申し入れ、なお手中より良き人を選んで出すべき旨を申し入れ置く。まずその人を除き、良きくらいなる人を入れて組み合わせ、その日の祝儀を調える。古法である。正保三年に右の例があることである。

「廻 来る五月五日」と書くこともあるが、大略は五月を書かない。また「右所廻の状件の如し」を一説には「右所定の状件の如し」と書いても良いということがあるが、近来書く人は少ない。月日は「四月日」と書くべきである。「五月日」と書く例もあるが悪いということである。
点は今日掛かるにおいてはこれなし。指揃えの時、左方右方の清書を隠す点である。
礼紙、上包は同じ紙である。
右を清書し終わり、礼紙、上包等をして組み付け、三方の上に載せる。もっとも三つ盞の左に置く。

Sometimes it is written "Notification: Coming 5th day of 5th month," but generally the fifth month is not written. Also, while some say "The above designated document is as stated" may be written instead of "The above notification document is as stated," few people write it this way recently. The date should be written as "4th month, day." There are examples of writing "5th month, day" but this is considered incorrect.
The dots are not present when it concerns today. These are dots that conceal the clean copies of left and right sides during the lineup ceremony.
The ceremonial paper and outer wrapping use the same paper.
