一所司代領掌之上者年中之掲物所司代分一人前上ル尤所司

所司代下行判五斗所司ヨリ極月石打之時被渡之

兼而所司認置之持参也
但此折紙素目録也料紙杦原三ツ折認様御樽代五十疋と
書之右折紙元来所司代書認事雖本儀今所司認之也

所司代年中勤役覚悟記
一、所司代が職務を領掌した上は、年中の掛物について所司代分として一人前を上納する。もっとも所司大夫より掛けられた分を所司代へ送られる。
ただし、庁飯は十一月初寅卯両日、正月四日・十一日の御饗、正月十六日の饗飯、九月十日、以上六回である。
所司代下行判五斗は所司より極月の石打の時に渡される。
十月五日
一、目代邸において寄合始めの節、家子中より目代へ送られる五百文の折紙は、兼ねて所司が認め置いたものを持参する。
ただし、この折紙は素目録である。料紙は杉原三つ折りで、認め様は「御樽代五十疋」と書く。右の折紙は元来所司代が書き認めることが本来の儀式であるが、今は所司が認めるのである。

Record of Mental Preparation for the Annual Duties of the Shoshidai
1. Once the Shoshidai assumes leadership of duties, he shall submit one person's portion for the annual kakemono (hanging offerings) as the Shoshidai's share. Particularly, the portion assigned by the Shoshi-dayū shall be sent to the Shoshidai.
However, the chō-han (office meals) are held on the first Tora and U days of the eleventh month, the fourth and eleventh days of the first month for御饗 (formal banquets), the sixteenth day of the first month for kyō-han (banquet meals), and the tenth day of the ninth month - six times in total.
The Shoshidai's gegyō-han (lower-ranking judgment rice) of five to (bushels) is delivered by the Shoshi during the stone-beating ceremony in the twelfth month.
Fifth day of the tenth month
1. At the occasion of the yoriai-hajime (first gathering) at the Mokudai's residence, a folded paper worth 500 mon sent from the kasshi group to the Mokudai shall be prepared and brought by the Shoshi in advance.
However, this folded paper is a simple catalog. The paper used is Sugihara paper folded in three, written as "50 hiki for sake barrel fee." While this folded paper should originally be written and recognized by the Shoshidai according to proper protocol, it is now recognized by the Shoshi.
