一、兼日、所司大夫より舞人の小折紙十通並びに回文の料紙杉原六枚等を請け取る《割書：もっとも競馬までに杉原七十枚余り入用である、これによって一帖でも半帖でも都合に応じて請け取るべし》。それより舞人の名乗りを書き立て、座席衆の内へ座次の儀を相尋ね治定の上、出馬回文・乗尻・老符等を調え置く《割書：礼紙上包これあり、古き書形を以って書き認めるべし》。

もっとも舞人の差符、古き書形には「散位賀茂県主誰」と見えるが、散位の二字

一、所司代領掌の上は年中の掛物所司代分一人前上る。もっとも所司大夫より掛けられ所司代へ送られる。
ただし庁飯十一月初寅卯両日、正月四日十一日御饗、正月十六日饗飯、九月十日、以上六ヶ度である。
所司代下行判五斗、所司より極月石打の時渡される。

一、目代邸において寄合始めの節、家子中より目代へ送られる五百文の折紙は、兼ねて所司認め置きこれを持参する。
ただし、この折紙は素目録である。料紙杉原三つ折り、認め様「御樽代五十疋」と書く。右折紙元来所司代書き認める事本儀なりといえども、今所司これを認める。

Record of Mental Preparation for Annual Duties of Shoshidai
1. Once the Shoshidai assumes leadership, one person's portion of annual hanging offerings for the Shoshidai's share is submitted. Particularly, what is assigned by the Shoshi-dayū is sent to the Shoshidai.
However, office meals are on the first Tora and U days of the 11th month, formal banquets on the 4th and 11th days of the 1st month, banquet meals on the 16th day of the 1st month, and the 10th day of the 9th month - six times in total.
The Shoshidai's lower-ranking judgment rice of five to is delivered by the Shoshi during the stone-beating ceremony in the 12th month.
