一、代官役の勤役の件について、初めて氏人中より伝奏へ口上書および勘例一巻を差し上げた事。
一、正祝が欠員となった場合は社司の子で位階を持つ者をその職に充て、片岡祝が故障（職務不能）により欠員となった場合は氏人で位階を持つ者をその職に充てるよう仰せ出された事。
十一月二日

Item: Regarding the matter of performing duties in the role of代官 (daikan/deputy administrator), for the first time a written oral statement (口上書) and one volume of precedent examples (勘例) were submitted from the ujibito (shrine community members) to the Tendō (court liaison).
Item: It was decreed that when the position of Shōhafuri (Chief Ritualist) falls vacant, a son of a shrine official (shashi) who holds court rank shall be appointed to serve; and that when the position of Kataoka-hafuri falls vacant due to incapacity, a person from among the ujibito who holds court rank shall be appointed to serve.
