同日
一、氏神祭において正祝が欠員のときは、馬を一社より出すべき旨、仰せ出された事。
同月五日
一、正祝が欠員のとき、巡番の日の供社（神饌の奉仕）は社中において直会を行うべき旨、仰せ出された事。
同月六日
一、正祝が欠員のときは権祝がその職を勤め、権祝はその職の立場から話し合いをもってその任に当たるべきである。正祝の欠員を権祝が勤めることが社法に照らして困難な場合は、その旨を申し上げ、正権禰宜がその職を勤めるべきであり、その代わりは話し合いをもって勤めるよう取り計らうべきである。転昇（本来の職位と異なる職への移動）として勤めることは、堅く相成らぬ旨である。いずれにせよ、明日御請けの旨を申し上げるべき旨、仰せ渡された事。
同月十七日
一、臨時祭の御神事において、正祝が欠員のときは権祝がこれを勤め、権祝の職が欠けているときは代官役の氏人がこれを勤めるべき旨、仰せ渡された事。
十一月十七日
一、今日仰せ渡された旨について、正権禰宜より貴船に至るまでの社司が御請けを申し上げなかったため、今夜の御神事は明暦の例に倣い、正権禰宜職以下悉く代官役の氏人がこれを勤めるべき旨、改めて仰せ渡され、御請けを申し上げ、代官役の者がこれを勤めた事。
同月二十三日
一、祠官の中で重服（近親者の喪中）のため代参する儀について伺ったところ、話し合いをもって勤めるべき旨、仰せ渡された事。

Same Day
Item: It was decreed that when the Shōhafuri (Chief Ritualist) position is vacant at the ujigami festival, a horse shall be provided by one of the shrines.
5th Day of the Same Month
Item: It was decreed that on the days of the rotating duty (junban) when the Shōhafuri is vacant, the shrine community shall conduct the naorai (post-ritual communal meal/offering service) in place of the regular supply of offerings.
6th Day of the Same Month
Item: When the Shōhafuri position is vacant, the Gon-hafuri (Deputy Ritualist) shall perform those duties, doing so through mutual consultation among those of that office. If it is difficult under shrine regulations (shaḥō) for the Gon-hafuri to perform the duties of the vacant Shōhafuri position, the matter shall be reported and the Shō-gon-negi (Senior Deputy Ritualist) shall take on those duties, with the replacement to be arranged through mutual consultation. It is strictly prohibited to perform such duties in the manner of a promotion (tenShō). In any case, it was decreed that a formal acceptance (o-uke) shall be submitted the following day.
17th Day of the Same Month
Item: It was decreed that at the divine rites (goshinjī) of the Rinji-sai (Extraordinary Festival), when the Shōhafuri is vacant the Gon-hafuri shall perform the duties, and when the Gon-hafuri position is also vacant, an ujibito serving in the daikan (deputy administrator) role shall perform the duties. This was duly conveyed.
17th Day of the 11th Month
Item: Regarding the decree issued today, since the shrine officials from the Shō-gon-negi down to the Kifune shrine did not submit their formal acceptance, the divine rites of this evening were, following the precedent of the Meireki era, to be performed entirely by ujibito serving in the daikan role — from the Shō-gon-negi rank downward. This decree was issued, a formal acceptance was submitted, and the daikan personnel duly performed the duties.
23rd Day of the Same Month
Item: Regarding the matter of sending a substitute representative (daisan) on behalf of a shrine official (shikan) who is in a period of heavy mourning (jūfuku), upon inquiry it was decreed that this be managed through mutual consultation.
28th Day of the 12th Month
