一、大坂城攻めにおける我が藩の軍士の戦功が賞せられ、封国増加の御沙汰に付き、家康公の判書の写しは左の如し

今度秀頼が逆心を企て、諸国に調略を行ったところ、加判致さず、去年極月四日真田丸への攻撃において、家中の面々数多くが討ち死にしたが、翌五月七日岡山口における無比類の合戦で勝利を収め、大坂を落とした。粉骨砕身の軍功の条々は計り知れないものである旨

1. Regarding the military achievements of our domain's warriors in the siege of Osaka Castle being rewarded with an increase in domain territory, a copy of Lord Ieyasu's official document is as follows:

This time, Hideyori plotted rebellion and attempted to win over various provinces, but [we] did not join his cause. On the fourth day of the last month of last year, during the assault on Sanada-maru, many retainers of our house were killed in action. However, on the seventh day of the fifth month of the following year, we achieved victory in an incomparable battle at Okayamaguchi and caused Osaka to fall. The military achievements involving utmost devotion are beyond measure.
