依然＿一可＿レ知又同国酒井永光寺所蔵寄附状写
能州若部保為＿二洞谷山永光寺領＿一毎年御給米銭
之沙汰有＿レ之雖然康正二年十一月廿五日前美作守任寄
附状宗不可有相違者也仍状如件

一按に右永光寺領羽咋郡若部保は者元弘三年 後醍醐
天皇御寄附地也永光寺領来礫諸云利家卿当国
入部之際当寺来歴及若部保代々寄附之趣委細致＿二
聞召＿一若部保納分米引直三百石高＿一改賜＿二寄附之印書＿一
然處寺院笠井右印書焼亡輪糞無住中利常卿
検地竿入致＿レ命以＿レ無＿二住寺＿一過分寺領之趣三百石
地被＿二召上＿一為＿二看坊料＿一以＿二酒井村た田地二十石＿一賜と＿レ之
云々又加賀国河北郡黒津船浦小濱神社所豊太
閤在判制札写等如＿レ左
禁制 賀州石川軍《割書：大祢ふ おまえさか｜もと祢ふ あら屋》
一当年軍勢甲乙人乱妨狼藉事
一放火之事 一勘監還住百姓成敗事付小屋壊取事
右條に堅令停止訖若違犯輩有之者速可處罪科

「この儀候えば御注進有るべく候、在るが如く有るべからず候。恐々謹言
十月二十八日 岩越小兵衛
一宮惣中 参 吉久（花押）」
一、右の書簡に拠れば、天正九年に至るまで往古からの神領十三村が依然として存在していることが知られる。又同国酒井永光寺所蔵の寄附状の写しは以下の通りである。
「能州若部保を洞谷山永光寺領として、毎年御給米銭の沙汰これ有り。然りと雖も康正二年十一月二十五日前美作守任の寄附状の宗旨、相違有るべからざる者也。仍って状件の如し。
天文元年十月十三日 秀頼（花押）」
一、按ずるに右の永光寺領羽咋郡若部保は元弘三年後醍醐天皇の御寄附地である。永光寺の来歴について諸々云うには、利家卿当国入部の際、当寺の来歴及び若部保代々寄附の趣を委細に聞召され、若部保納分米を引き直し三百石高に改め、寄附の印書を賜った。然るところ寺院においてその印書焼亡し、無住中に利常卿の検地竿入を命じられ、住持無き寺として過分の寺領の趣、三百石の地を召し上げられ、看坊料として酒井村の田地二十石を以ってこれを賜ったと云々。
又加賀国河北郡黒津船浦小濱神社所蔵の豊太閤御判の制札写等は以下の如し。
「禁制 賀州石川軍《割書：大根布・御前坂・元根布・新屋》
一、当年軍勢甲乙人乱妨狼藉の事
一、放火の事
一、勧進・還住百姓成敗の事 付小屋壊取の事
右の条々を堅く停止せしめ畢んぬ。若し違犯の輩これ有らば速やかに罪科に処すべし。」
英語訳
"If such matters arise, you should report them, and there should be no irregularities. Respectfully and humbly stated.
10th month, 28th day Iwakoshi Kohyoe
To the entire first-rank shrine community Yoshihisa (seal)"
1. Based on the above correspondence, it can be known that the thirteen villages of ancient shrine lands continued to exist as before up until Tensho 9. Furthermore, a copy of a donation document in the possession of Eikoji Temple in Sakai in the same province is as follows:
"Regarding Wakabe-ho in Noto Province as territory of Dokokudani-san Eikoji Temple, there are annual provisions of rice stipend and money. However, according to the main intent of the donation document by the former Mimasaka-no-kami on the 25th day of the 11th month of Kosho 2, there should be no discrepancies. Therefore, the document is as stated.
Tenmon 1, 10th month, 13th day Hideyori (seal)"
1. Upon examination, the above-mentioned Eikoji Temple territory of Wakabe-ho in Hakui District was land donated by Emperor Go-Daigo in Genko 3. Regarding the history of Eikoji Temple, various sources state that when Lord Toshiie entered the province, he listened carefully to the temple's history and the successive donations of Wakabe-ho, converted the rice tribute from Wakabe-ho and reformed it to a 300-koku assessment, granting a donation seal document. However, this seal document was lost in a fire at the temple, and during the period without a resident priest, Lord Toshitsune ordered a land survey. Considering it excessive temple territory for a temple without a resident priest, the 300-koku land was confiscated, and 20-koku of rice fields in Sakai village were granted as maintenance funds for a caretaker priest.
Furthermore, copies of prohibition notices bearing Toyotaiko's [Hideyoshi's] seal in the possession of Kohama Shrine in Kurotsu Funaura, Kahoku District, Kaga Province, are as follows:
"Prohibition Kaga Province Ishikawa District《Marginal note: Onbu, Omaesaka, Motonbu, Araya》
