現代語訳
右衛門より杉田五郎兵衛、赤羽仁右衛門、加兵衛と引き継いで相勤めた義と見える【「事」脱落か】
一、元禄五年（1692年）申年二月、願いの通り二男次郎兵衛の御番代を仰せ付けられた
但しこの節は日向三郎右衛門組であるので、いよいよ同組で相勤めた義と見える【「事」脱落か】
一、同十三年（1700年）辰年三月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた
一、正徳二年（1712年）辰年十二月十七日、八十二歳で病死した。法名は照智院殿光峯道最居士、葬所は同上

From Uemon, it appears that he successively served under Sugita Gorōbee, Akahane Niemon, and Kahee [possibly missing "koto" (matter)]
1. In Genroku 5 (1692), year of the Monkey, 2nd month, as requested, his second son Jirōbee was appointed as guard substitute (goban-dai)
Note: At this time he was in Hinata Saburōemon's group, so it appears he definitely served in the same group [possibly missing "koto" (matter)]
1. In the same 13th year (1700), year of the Dragon, 3rd month, as requested, he was granted retirement
1. On the 17th day of the 12th month of Shōtoku 2 (1712), year of the Dragon, he died of illness at age 82. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shōchi-in-den Kōhō Dōsai Koji, burial place same as above
