一、同十年酉年七月、一旨流槍術締り方当座仮役を仰せ付けられた
但し、この後度々仰せ付けられた件
一、同十三年子年四月、親の御扶持作の内三石を減らされ、二十石四人扶持を下し置かれ、外様組付に召し出され、神保内蔵助組へ入り、御城御番に相勤めた件
一、同年十二月、十兵衛と改名いたしたい旨を願い任せられた件
一、同月、三ノ丸教場稽古の儀、列伍足並等相揃い三ヶ年上等の位に至り、かつ等位相進んだ段、精進いたしたことにつき御酒を下し置かれた旨、相組一同に仰せ出された件
一、同十四年丑年二月、頭の神保内蔵助が若年寄を仰せ付けられた跡、御役加須屋左近組に罷り成った件
