国他之支配所ニ無之御国恩并定め増米相願候実候【以の誤ヵ】
良民共空敷退転為及候段歎敷奉存候間御仁恵之
御沙汰を以永年賦拝借被仰付被下置候様仕度奉
存候然上は右拝借金高村々ニ応割付貸渡年賦
返納等之儀は別紙を以追而相伺候様仕度奉存候依之
災害村々一村限帳壱冊相添此段奉伺候以上

国内他の支配所にはない御国恩並びに定め増米を相願い申し候実以て良民共が空しく退転するに及んだ段は嘆かわしく存じ奉り候間、御仁恵の御沙汰を以て永年賦拝借をお仰せ付けいただき置かれ候様仕りたく存じ奉り候。然る上は右拝借金高を村々に応じ割り付け貸し渡し、年賦返納等の儀は別紙を以て追って相伺い候様仕りたく存じ奉り候。これにより災害村々一村限り帳一冊を相添え、この段お伺い申し上げ候。以上

...unlike other jurisdictions in the province, we humbly request the benevolent grace of the domain and the established additional rice allowance, as it is truly lamentable that good people have been reduced to abandoning their homes and livelihoods. Therefore, we humbly wish that through your merciful consideration, a long-term loan be graciously granted. Once this is accomplished, we would like to allocate and distribute the loan amount according to each village's needs, and we humbly wish to submit the details of annual installment repayments and other matters in a separate document at a later time. Accordingly, we have attached one ledger for each disaster-affected village and respectfully submit this inquiry. The above.
