【上段】
変化天災取扱いの書付
揺り置き申し一札の事
一、私自身、この土地に対してわずかな動乱により、家並み一帯を乱し妨げの上、家の大黒柱を打ち折り、土蔵殿や壁吉殿に傷をつけた件について、まったくもって時候（地震の時期）の上、前後の騒動で揺り返しもなく、神々の怒りにより、既に蒲焼きにもなりそうな苦しい状況を、御仲裁により御了承くださり、今後は揺らすことを固く慎み申し上げます。地面から上は今後、ゆすりかましい行為を慎み申し上げます。万一、家蔵を粉々にするような揺れがあった場合は、要石をもって岩でも押さえさせていただきます。その際、石返しはいたしません。五月七日の雨のように降り続くでしょう。
