他偸草 一種

或人曰鈴蘭と云此の者は別也黄蘭共
黄山蘭共云ふ状大異也黄花にめ葉
莖に付て生す兒蘭も鈴蘭と云乎他偸
草有數種類春夏秋開花の者各
其時を呼して春偕老根夏偕老根と云老
丁亥仲呂十有三日寫
小岩菊（いわこぎく）
或曰
石雞兒腸（いわよめな） 俗稱
此者山中岩石の間に生冬葉不凋
草形花葉似 雞兒腸（よめな）に此の諸本
草に不見大和本草に曰岩菊の類乎

現代語訳
『地錦抄附録』に曰く
児蘭（じらん） 詳しく考察すべし
『群書』に曰く
他偸草（なつえびね） 一種
ある人が言うには、鈴蘭というこの植物は別物である。黄蘭とも
黄山蘭とも言う。形状は大いに異なる。黄色い花で、葉は
茎に付いて生える。児蘭も鈴蘭と言うだろうか。他偸草には
数種類あり、春・夏・秋に開花するものがそれぞれ
その時期に応じて春偕老根、夏偕老根と呼ばれる。
丁亥年五月（仲呂）十三日に写す
小岩菊（こいわぎく）
ある人が言うには
石鶏児腸（いわよめな） 俗称
この植物は山中の岩石の間に生え、冬でも葉は枯れない。
草の形や花葉は鶏児腸（よめな）に似ている。この植物は諸々の本草書に
見られない。『大和本草』に言う岩菊の類であろうか。

Tato-so (Summer Calanthe) - one variety
Someone says that what is called suzuran (lily of the valley) is a different plant.
It is also called kiran or kozanran. Its form is quite different. It has yellow flowers,
and its leaves grow attached to the stem. Is jiran also called suzuran? There are
several varieties of tato-so, with those blooming in spring, summer, and autumn
being called respectively spring kairou-kon and summer kairou-kon according
to their flowering season.

Small Rock Chrysanthemum (ko-iwagiku)
Someone says:
Stone Chicken Intestine (iwa-yomena) - common name
This plant grows among rocks in the mountains, and its leaves do not wither in winter.
The plant's form and flower-leaves resemble those of chicken intestine (yomena).
This plant is not found in various botanical texts. It may be a type of rock chrysanthemum
as mentioned in the "Yamato Honzo."
