一同四卯年九月於本郷原ならし之
　節罷出候事
一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御固為御用
　唐太島へ罷越同八月帰陳仕候事
一同月蝦夷地御固御用として罷越候ニ
　付　御目見被　仰付御流頂戴

　島へ罷越候処海陸往来を始

仰せ付けられ勤めた件

一、同四卯年九月、本郷原においてならし（軍事演習）の節に参加した件

一、同五辰年正月、蝦夷地御固めのご用として唐太島へ赴き、同八月に帰陣した件

一、同月、蝦夷地御固めのご用として赴いたことにより、お目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流（酒）を頂戴することを仰せ付けられた件

一、同年十二月、蝦夷地御固めのご用として唐太島へ赴いたところ、海陸の往来をはじめ、彼の地において数日間勤労し、ご用が済んで残らず帰陣したことにより、御城において御料理を下し置かれた件

一、同六巳年八月、蝦夷地御固めのご用を勤め、勤労したことにより御時服一つを下し置かれた件

一、同七午年三月、頭の日向三郎左衛門の願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、跡役は小原帯刀組に移ることとなった件
