現代語訳
下し置かれ、同七月に下って御返答申し上げたところ、即刻御料理を下し置かれた事
一、同八申年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ上ったところ、火事番を仰せ付けられ、御受け前の場所で出火があり、勤め方がよろしい旨を鳳翔院様がお聞き召しになり、御手付・御熨斗を下し置かれた
但し、この後出火の節もよく相勤めたにつき、御褒美として時服一つを下し置かれ、翌酉四月に下る節に時服一つ・銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、天和二戌年（月不詳）、頭の三宅孫兵衛が御役を御免になったにつき、跡の御役で杉田五郎兵衛組に移った事
一、貞享二丑年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同十月に下った事
一、同四卯年四月、徳翁様が御上京なされた節、御人指にて御供を仰せ付けられ、上って相勤めた事

- In the 8th year, Monkey year (1679), 10th month: When he went up to Edo for regular duty service and was appointed to fire watch duty, there was a fire at a location under his jurisdiction before he officially took up the post. His excellent performance was heard by Lord Hōshōin, who bestowed a hand gift and ceremonial gift
Note: Because he also performed well during subsequent fires, he was granted one set of seasonal clothing as a reward, and when he returned in the 4th month of the following Rooster year, he was granted one set of seasonal clothing and three pieces of silver
- In Tenna 2nd year, Dog year (1682) (month unknown): When the unit head Miyake Magobē was relieved of his duties, he was transferred to Sugita Gorobē's unit as his successor

- In the 4th year, Rabbit year (1687), 4th month: When Lord Tokuō made his journey to Kyoto, was appointed to accompany him as a designated attendant and went up to serve in this capacity
