一筆申し上げます。求方衆からの当月十五日付けのお手紙を同月二十六日に受け取り、ありがたく拝見いたしました。暑い季節ですが、ますますご健勝のこと、そちらまでご出張されたとのこと、誠におめでたく存じます。さて、私のことですが、三月初めから日向国方面へ、御家老衆並びに御用人衆、その他山床（やまどこ）まで視察があるということで、前もって出張しておりましたが、先日帰郷し、無事に過ごしております。ご安心ください。
