一、御奉行所等へ出向く際、雨天に用いるようにと傘一本、下駄一足ずつを下さいました。なお又手ぬぐい、下帯一筋ずつを下さいました。また綿入れや単物はその時節になると下さいました。

一、給与の件については、膳椀で日々三度ずつ、朝夕は汁と香の物、昼は魚類を下さいました。

一、揚屋内では煙草を自由に吸うことができ、火鉢並びに燈火をお入れ下さいました。

一、日数百日程が経ち、月々三度ずつ御役人衆が付き添って近辺の寺社へ参詣いたしました。その際、銭四十八文ずつを下さいました。

一、同居の内、仙台出身の甚助が病気になり、医師等が参って薬を

用いたところ、翌辰年七月十三日に病死いたし、御役人衆三人が御見分を済まされ、私共一同が御糾明を受けて病死の始末を申し上げ、口書を取って銘々爪印をした上で御片付けとなりました。

一、揚屋の内で不自由な品があれば遠慮なく願い出るようにと御役人衆がお申し聞かせになったので、揚屋入口の戸締めの御緩めの件並びに月代（髪剃り）、入湯等を願い出たところ、同月十五日、昼の内は戸前の御締めをお許しになり、御構内のみ歩行し、髪の月代、入湯を三度ずつお許しになりました。

一、同居七人の者共の国許から迎えに参り、並びに江戸表へ行く

First, when going to the magistrate's office and such, we were given one umbrella each and one pair of wooden clogs each for use in rainy weather. Furthermore, we were given hand towels and one loincloth each. Additionally, padded winter clothing and unlined summer clothing were provided when the season arrived.

First, regarding provisions, we were given three meals daily using meal trays and bowls—soup and pickled vegetables for morning and evening meals, and fish for the midday meal.

First, inside the detention house, we were allowed to smoke tobacco freely, and braziers as well as lamps were provided.

First, after about one hundred days had passed, we visited nearby temples and shrines three times each month, accompanied by officials. On these occasions, we were given forty-eight mon coins each.

First, among our group, Jinsuke from Sendai fell ill, and doctors came to treat him with medicine.

When the medicine was administered, he died of illness on the thirteenth day of the seventh month of the following Year of the Dragon. Three officials conducted an inspection, and we were all questioned about the circumstances of his death. We submitted written statements and each affixed our nail prints, after which the matter was settled.

First, the officials told us to request without reserve if there were any inconveniences within the detention house. Therefore, we requested relaxation of the door locking at the entrance to the detention house, as well as hair shaving and bathing. From the fifteenth day of the same month, the door locking was permitted to be relaxed during daytime hours, we were allowed to walk only within the compound, and hair shaving and bathing were permitted three times each.

First, messengers came from the home provinces of the seven men in our group, and [they were to] go to Edo.
