絵図面が流行している歌。また休憩所の床机に腰をもたれて旅客を呼び込む手弱女（か弱い女性）は年も十六歳で、楊柳よりも細い腰に山眉の入った紫（女性のこと）のお納戸色の縮緞（鼠色がかった藍色の縮緬）の紐をつけた前掛けを締めて酒食を商っている。あるいは寿司、あるいは天ぷら、蒸し菓子等の屋台店には提灯や風鈴の青い音色と共に涼やかな声で客の足を留めている。あらゆることを知りつつ、四丁のありあわせの敷石を左右二行に軒を並べ、一山の衆徒の門前には破風屋根をつけた台提灯を一様に建て並べ、小さなお堂には施主がある。
