現代語訳
全国の学校の生徒、相撲取り、薬師、遊女たち、女郎衆、芸者をはじめとして、厚い義侠心のある人々は、われもわれもと救助金を出している。まことに心強いことである。これもひとえに皆、天皇陛下の御仁徳なる御威光のゆえと聞く、誠にありがたい次第でございます。
