一同年五月 将軍宣下御老中様御小生招請之節
御給仕相勤候事
一同二酉年五月 御下向乃之節日光御社参被
遊候ニ付御供仕候事
一同年九月精出相勤候ニ付於 御前御召古御袷
壱ツ御内々ニ而被下候事
一同年十月不時御参府ニ付御供ニ而罷登候事
一同三戌年五月御老中様方御招請之節御給仕被
仰付無滞相勤候段被 仰出候事
一同四亥年四月 御下向之節御供ニ而罷下候事

現代語訳
一、同年5月 将軍宣下で御老中様が御小姓を招請した節に
御給仕を相勤めたこと
一、同2年酉年5月 御下向の節に日光御社参を
なされたことにより御供を仕ったこと
一、同年9月、精出して相勤めたことにより御前において御召し古の御袷
1つを御内々にて下賜されたこと
一、同年10月、不時の御参府により御供にて登ったこと
一、同3年戌年5月、御老中様方の御招請の節に御給仕を
仰せ付けられ滞りなく相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一、同4年亥年4月 御下向の節に御供にて下ったこと
一、同年10月、御膳番を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同5年子年3月、御参府の節に御供にて登った
ただし陣中御使番加勤を仰せ付けられ数度相勤めたこと
一、同6年丑年5月 御下向の節に江戸御留守御用により
秋まで詰越を仰せ付けられ同10月に下ったこと
一、同年12月、しばらく病気のところ容易には出勤し難い趣を
お聞き召しになり、常に絵の御用をも相勤め外にも御用ども精出して
相勤める者の間、当御役を御免になり御小姓頭支配無役に
置かれ小普請料御扶持御免の旨を仰せ出されたこと
一、同8年卯年7月、繁多にもない御場所であれば相勤め

• In the same year, 12th month, as he had been ill for some time and it was heard that it would not be easy for him to return to regular duty, considering that he regularly performed painting duties and diligently carried out other assignments, he was relieved of his current position, placed under the supervision of the page captain without specific duties, and granted exemption from his basic stipend
