一同三酉年《割書：月不｜詳》御納戸払之節御召古御小袖等品々被下候
但此後御納戸相勤候節迄御納戸払之毎度御召古
御小袖御熨斗目御袷御帷子御単物麻御上下長御
上下裏付御上下御肩衣御羽衣御袴御夜着其外
御召物を始品々御内々ニ而被下候事
一同四戌年八月願之通半元服被 仰付候事
一同六子年《割書：月不｜詳》願之通本元服被 仰付是迄之
通御小性相勤候様被 仰出候事
一同九卯年四月 御入部之節御先番ニ而罷下候
但申年より当年迄 御在府八年相勤候内壱度
百日之御暇被下罷下候事
一同年十二月 御参府之節御跡番ニ而罷登候事
一同十辰年三月 御上京之節御道中仮御供番被
仰付罷登候事

一、同3年酉年《割書：月は不詳》御納戸払いの節に御召し古の御小袖等の品々を下賜された
ただしこの後御納戸を相勤める節まで御納戸払いの毎度、御召し古の
御小袖、御熨斗目、御袷、御帷子、御単物、麻の御上下、長い御
上下、裏付きの御上下、御肩衣、御羽衣、御袴、御夜着、その外
御召物をはじめとして品々を御内々にて下賜されたこと
一、同4年戌年8月、願いの通り半元服を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同6年子年《割書：月は不詳》願いの通り本元服を仰せ付けられ、これまでの
通り御小性を相勤めるよう仰せ出されたこと
一、同9年卯年4月 御入部の節に御先番にて下向したこと
ただし申年より当年まで 御在府8年相勤めた内、1度
100日の御暇を下賜され下向したこと
一、同年12月 御参府の節に御跡番にて登ったこと
一、同10年辰年3月 御上京の節に御道中仮御供番を
仰せ付けられ登ったこと

• In the same 3rd year, year of the rooster 《Margin note: Month unclear》, at the time of the御納戸払い (palace wardrobe clearance), he was granted various items including old kosode robes that had been worn by the lord
However, from this time until he served in the palace wardrobe office, at each wardrobe clearance, he was privately granted various items including old kosode robes, noshime formal wear, awase lined garments, katabira summer robes, hitomono unlined garments, hemp kamishimo formal suits, long kamishimo suits, lined kamishimo suits, kataginu sleeveless jackets, hagoromo robes, hakama trousers, yogi night robes, and other garments
• In the same 4th year, year of the dog, 8th month, he was granted half coming-of-age ceremony as requested
• In the same 6th year, year of the rat 《Margin note: Month unclear》, he was granted full coming-of-age ceremony as requested, and was ordered to continue serving as a page as before
• In the same 9th year, year of the rabbit, 4th month, he went down as advance guard when the lord entered his domain
However, from the year of the monkey until this year, during his 8 years of service in Edo, he was granted leave once for 100 days and went down to the domain
