一、同年十二月、御部屋御用人所吟味役を仰せ付けられ、御役料金一両はこれまでの通り下し置かれ、席は御表御用人所吟味役の次に成し下された。
一、同月、御部屋御賄頭を止められ、御賄頭の兼務として、御賄役人の勤めをも兼ねて勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同六（寅）年五月、貞昭様の御前髪を執らせられるにあたり、その御用掛りを勤め、

御同人様より金三百疋を下し置かれた。
一、同年十二月、御部屋御賄頭の兼務を仰せ付けられ、多忙の上、諸方面への御支出等を細々と心を尽くして取り計らい、御入用の費えを少なからず減少させ、将来の規範も定めて積極的に出精よく勤めたことにより、格別の訳をもって、これまでの御役料一両に一人扶持を御加増成し下された旨、仰せ出された。
一、同九（巳）年正月、両務多忙の中、精を出して勤め、御省略の筋、あれこれ心を付け、これまで御入用を減少させた上、さらに打ち詰め少なからず御省方になり

- In December of the same year, he was appointed to the role of *Ginyaku* (inspector/examiner) at the *Omiya* (lord's private quarters) *Goyōninjo* (administrative office). His stipend of one *ryō* in gold was to remain as before, and his seat rank was placed next to that of the *Omotegoyōninjo Ginyaku* (inspector of the outer administrative office).
- In the same month, his role as *Omiya Omakanai-gashira* (head of the provisions/catering for the lord's private quarters) was discontinued; he was ordered to concurrently serve as *Omakanai-gashira* and also to take on the duties of *Omakanai-yakunin* (provisions officer).
- In May of the sixth year (Year of the Tiger), on the occasion of Lord Teruaki's *Omaekami wo toraseru* ceremony (the ceremony of cutting the forelock signifying coming of age), he served as the officer in charge of the relevant duties,

and from the same lord, was granted three hundred *hiki* in gold.
- In December of the same year, he was appointed to the concurrent post of *Omiya Omakanai-gashira*, and despite the great busyness of the role, he applied himself diligently to managing various expenditures in meticulous detail, achieving a considerable reduction in outlays, establishing a precedent for future practice, and performing his duties with great dedication and thoroughness. In recognition of this, it was proclaimed that, as a special reward, an additional stipend of one *ninfuchi* (one person's ration allowance) would be added to his existing salary of one *ryō*.
- In January of the ninth year (Year of the Snake), while managing both duties amid great busyness, he applied himself diligently, paid careful attention to matters of economy and retrenchment in various areas, achieved further reductions in expenditure beyond what had already been accomplished, and effected yet further savings of no small amount—
