一安永七戌年二月頃萱野権兵衛隠居ニ付き
群御役原田伊兵衛組ニ罷り成り候事
一同十丑年四月頃原田伊兵衛病死ニ付き群御
役高橋小右衛門罷りなり成り候事
一天明四辰年九月頃高橋小右衛門御役替えニ付き諸
御役萱野権兵衛組ニ罷り成り候事

役を萱野権兵衛組に移った事
一、同九辰年正月、跡式の御知行百五十石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一、安永七戌年二月頃、萱野権兵衛隠居につき、郡御役原田伊兵衛組に移った事
一、同十丑年四月頃、原田伊兵衛病死につき、郡御役高橋小右衛門組に移った事
一、天明四辰年九月頃、高橋小右衛門御役替えにつき、諸御役萱野権兵衛組に移った事
一、寛政元酉年十月頃、萱野権兵衛の御役が召し上げられたにつき、郡御役一瀬傳五郎組に移った事
一、同二戌年十一月頃、一瀬傳五郎の御役が召し上げられたにつき、跡御役杉田五郎兵衛組に移った事
一、同五丑年九月、先達て倅が病死したにつき、杉田五郎兵衛の弟丈助を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出た事
一、同年十二月、願いの通り倅丈介に御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一、同六寅年九月十五日、六十一歳にて病死、法名は苟愿了頻居士、葬所は上記に同じ

- Around the second month of An'ei 7, year of the dog (1778), due to Kayano Gonbei's retirement, he was transferred to county duty under Harada Ihei's unit
- Around the fourth month of An'ei 10, year of the ox (1781), due to Harada Ihei's death from illness, he was transferred to county duty under Takahashi Koemon's unit
- Around the ninth month of Tenmei 4, year of the dragon (1784), due to Takahashi Koemon's role change, he was transferred to various duties under Kayano Gonbei's unit
- Around the tenth month of Kansei 1, year of the rooster (1789), due to Kayano Gonbei's dismissal from his position, he was transferred to county duty under Ichinose Dengorō's unit
- Around the eleventh month of Kansei 2, year of the dog (1790), due to Ichinose Dengorō's dismissal from his position, he was transferred to successor duty under Sugita Gorobei's unit
- In the ninth month of Kansei 5, year of the ox (1793), since his son had recently died of illness, he petitioned to adopt Jōsuke, the younger brother of Sugita Gorobei, as his son-in-law and heir
- In the twelfth month of the same year, as petitioned, his son Jōsuke was appointed as guard substitute
- On the 15th day of the ninth month of Kansei 6, year of the tiger (1794), he died of illness at age sixty-one, posthumous Buddhist name Kōgan Ryōhin Koji, burial site same as above
