五大山 安養（あんやう）寺 明眼（みやうげん）院《割書：馬島（まじま）村にあり天台｜宗野田密蔵院末》当寺 草創（さう〳〵）は 桓武（くわんむ）天皇の
御宇 延暦（ゑんりやく）廿一年 聖円（しやうえん）上人開基の霊場（れいじやう）也はじめ上人 瑞夢（ずいむ）を感（かん）
得（とく）して此地に堂塔を基立（きりう）し先行基 菩薩（ぼさつ）の刻（きざ）める薬師如来の
尊像を安置す上人もとより学徳兼備（がくとくけんび）の智識（ちしき）なれば化益（けやく）日
に盛（さかん）に有信（うしん）の男女山のごとく資財（しざい）を捧（さゝ）げけるにぞ殿宇（でんう）楼閣（ろうかく）も
現代語訳
の大風により堂塔が傾き崩れた。しかし建久5年（甲寅、1194年）4月上旬、北条四郎時政が関東から上洛した際に、当寺の本尊へ様々な祈願をかけ、翌年下向の時に暫く当寺に滞在して、一つには右幕下頼朝公の御願、二つには自分の宿願成就への謝恩のため、堂塔を再建し寺領も寄進した。その証状等は今もなお数通残っている。○本尊は薬師如来及び十二神将で、共に行基菩薩の作である。寺宝は縁起二巻（延慶2年に書写したもの）、鰐口（銘に「尾州海東郡富田庄成願寺鰐口也 大檀那川崎右京亮通貞妻 文明18年丙午11月13日」とある）。

五大山安養寺明眼院（馬島村にあり、天台宗野田密蔵院末寺）。当寺の草創は桓武天皇の御世、延暦21年に聖円上人が開基した霊場である。初め上人が瑞夢を感得してこの地に堂塔を建立し、先に行基菩薩が刻んだ薬師如来の尊像を安置した。上人はもとより学徳兼備の智識であったので、教化の効果は日に日に盛んになり、信心深い男女が山のように資財を捧げたので、殿宇楼閣も
英語訳
due to a great wind, the temple halls and pagodas collapsed and tilted. However, in the 5th year of Kenkyū (Kinoe-Tora, 1194), in early April, when Hōjō Shirō Tokimasa traveled from the Kantō region to the capital, he made various prayers to the principal deity of this temple. When he returned the following year, he stayed at this temple for a while and, firstly for the wishes of Lord Yoritomo (the right shogun), and secondly as gratitude for the fulfillment of his own cherished願, he rebuilt the temple halls and donated temple lands. Several certificates of this donation still remain today. ○ The principal deity is Yakushi Nyorai and the Twelve Divine Generals, all carved by Bodhisattva Gyōki. The temple treasures include a two-volume origin record (copied in the 2nd year of Enkyō) and a temple bell (inscribed "Bishū Kaitō-gun Tomita-shō Jōgan-ji temple bell, Great Patron: wife of Kawasaki Ukyō-no-suke Tsūsada, 18th year of Bunmei, Hinoe-Uma, 11th month, 13th day").
Spring wind - the temple structure drying in vain Uhaku
Godai-san Anyō-ji Myōgen-in (located in Majima village, a branch temple of Noda Mitsuzō-in of the Tendai sect). The founding of this temple was in the 21st year of Enryaku during the reign of Emperor Kanmu, established as a sacred site by Saint Shōen. Initially, the saint received an auspicious dream and built temple halls and pagodas on this site, enshrining the sacred statue of Yakushi Nyorai previously carved by Bodhisattva Gyōki. Since the saint was originally a person of learning and virtue combined with wisdom, the benefits of his teachings flourished daily, and faithful men and women offered wealth like mountains, so the temple halls and pavilions also
