一 享保元申年六月御供立帰被

現代語訳
一、享保元年申年六月、御供立帰りを仰せ付けられ、本道外科ともに御次御用を仰せ付けられた。
御前様外科方兼役ともに仰せ付けられ、御休み・御泊まりともに病用のない節は御目通へ詰めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同四年亥年四月、朝鮮人迎えのための御用で本道外科ともに仰せ付けられ上り、同十月に下った。
英語訳
1. In the 1st year of Kyōhō, Year of the Monkey, 6th month, he was appointed to accompany official missions, and was assigned duties as both a physician of internal medicine and surgery under the direct service of the lord.
He was appointed to serve concurrently in the surgical department under His Lordship, and was ordered to be in attendance for audiences when there were no medical duties during rest periods and overnight stays.
1. In the 4th year of the same era, Year of the Boar, 4th month, he was appointed for duties related to welcoming Korean envoys, serving in both internal medicine and surgery, went up to Edo, and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
