一五月十一日為 御名代志摩守 様御用番水野和泉守 殿江
御越被成候処御老中列座ニ而 中務大輔家督無相違千次郎江
被 仰付候間其段可被申達旨御達有之志摩守様直ニ此
御屋形江御越其節御玄関板之間迄 御出迎被成御同道ニ而
御書院江御通右被 仰出之趣御達有之御長蚫御祝被成
御料理出志摩守様為御請和泉守殿江御越被成夫ゟ為御礼

享保九年甲辰
五月十一日、御名代として志摩守様が御用番の水野和泉守殿のもとへ
お越しになったところ、御老中が列座して「中務大輔の家督について相違なく千次郎に
申し付けるので、その旨を申し伝えるように」との御達しがあり、志摩守様は直接この
御屋敷へお越しになり、その際御玄関の板の間まで
お出迎えになり、御同道で
御書院へお通りになり、右の申し渡された趣旨をお達しになり、御長寿の御祝いをなさり
お料理を出し、志摩守様への御礼として和泉守殿のもとへお越しになり、それから御礼として

Kyōhō 9, Year of the Wood Dragon
On the 11th day of the 5th month, Lord Shimano-kami, serving as a representative, went to
Mizuno Izumi-no-kami, who was on duty that day. The rōjū (senior councilors) were present in assembly, and
an official announcement was made: "The succession of Nakatsukasa-no-taiyu to Senjirō shall proceed without issue,
so this matter should be communicated accordingly." Lord Shimano-kami then came directly to this
mansion, whereupon he was welcomed as far as the wooden floor area of the entrance hall,
and they proceeded together
to the reception hall. The aforementioned announcement was conveyed, congratulations for longevity were offered,
cuisine was served, and as thanks to Lord Shimano-kami, a visit was made to Lord Izumi-no-kami, and then as thanks
