一、御謡初めの節、御盃台指し上げらるるに及ばず候
来年始めより右書面の通り献上有るべく候。年頭八朔の御太刀目録并びに端午重陽歳暮の御祝儀の時服は御本丸へ相納めらるべく候。此の外の献上物は二の丸へ指し上げらるべく候。

一、十二月（日詳らかならず）品川天龍寺は見性院様御開基にて外檀越に無き処、豊仙院様御相続に相成り候に付き、此れ以後豊仙院様御位牌御安置、御廟所御建立に相成り、御霊供等格別に御寄附無く候ては寺相立ち難き趣、天龍寺より相願い候に付き、以後三斗俵二百俵宛年々下されるべき旨仰せ出でらる。

From the beginning of next year, offerings shall be made according to the above written instructions. The ceremonial sword catalogs for New Year and Hassaku, as well as the ceremonial garments for Boys' Day, Chrysanthemum Festival, and year-end celebrations shall be delivered to the main castle (Honmaru). All other offerings shall be presented to the secondary compound (Ninomaru).
The above matters shall be announced accordingly. That is all.

1. 12th month (day unspecified): Regarding Tenryuji Temple in Shinagawa, which was founded by Lord Kenshoin and has no other major patrons, since Lord Hosen'in has succeeded [as patron], henceforth Lord Hosen'in's memorial tablet will be enshrined and a mausoleum will be constructed. As Tenryuji Temple petitioned that without special donations for memorial services and such, the temple would be difficult to maintain, it was decreed that henceforth 200 bales of 3-to [rice] measures shall be granted annually.
