越してきたということがありました。そのため現在千曲川は平水より七八尺減水しており、川筋が切れ開いたらどうなるかと村々は心配し、山沿いの高い場所へ立ち退いて悲嘆しております。湛水が一時に押し流され切れ開いたら、また水災による異変が起こるであろうと、殊の外人心が不穏で心配しております。地震のことはもう止むであろうと存じます。よってこの段御届け申し上げます。以上
