Second Account
1. The castle town of Suzaka domain (10,000 koku) collapsed, and both the castle grounds were completely burned down.
Third Account
1. In Zenkōji Temple town, 3,000 houses were burned down. Among travelers and people from various places, approximately 13,000 people died in the fires. The number of other casualties is unknown.
Fourth Account
1. In Inariyama, out of approximately 500 houses, 86 people survived. About 600 travelers died. The number of deaths in various places is unknown.
Fifth Account
1. Both Matsushiro domain's castle town and castle grounds were roughly destroyed. Later, on April 3rd, the remaining 36 houses that had survived also collapsed. On the Nakasendō road's eight post stations, the Kaga lord stayed overnight at Zenkōji Temple on the 23rd. In Echigo's Takada and Imamachi, though there was a great earthquake, there were only some collapsed houses. Also, on the 29th, Takada castle town experienced a great earthquake and was completely destroyed. Imamachi in the same area was also completely destroyed and then burned down. This area has no sea access. Due to mountain tsunamis entering several houses, people died.
