それより上田領真田村の金次郎にかかる。これも先手へ金百五十両出し、難なく引いていったが、後勢が押しかけてきたので、先の次第を述べて詫びたが聞き入れず、散々に焼き払う。外に類焼一軒、九右衛門という者なり。それより横尾村酒屋文七方へかかる。これも先手へ金百両出して詫びれば、心得て静かに通り抜けしが、後より大勢押しかかり、会釈もなく散々に焼き払う。類焼三軒、宇右衛門・清右衛門・篠右衛門。米・豆・小豆・大麦・小麦・稗等まで一つ二切り入れ、大勢の悪党ども時の声を上げて踏み合わせけり。
