自筆にて申入候去年より佐々内蔵介表裏者故
致謀叛度々加賀堺迄人数出し候得共貴殿
心中てう婦成故末森後巻之時伐勝追
岸其後越中地江押込度々之働殊蓮之
間と云所を焼払段々手柄之儀上方に而も具
承及候誠可申様も無之候其故日本国中江
聞之と存候て我等馬を出し申候之処に内蔵助
御本城を頼色々侘飛申其上貴殿も
其通に免し候様にと被候間無是非越中新
川市郡迄を遣免し申筈に仕候然者越中
を其方へ進之候事は貴殿不称おら連鑓先
にて取被申候間満足にも被思間敷候則
今度之御禮には我等名字名共に進之候間
今日より者前田又左衛門を被引替羽柴築
前守と名乗可被申候扨者子息孫四郎
儀も羽柴を名乗可申候其方に不劣心中

自筆にて申し入れ候。去年より佐々内蔵介は表裏者故、謀叛を致し、度々加賀境まで人数を出し候えども、貴殿心中調法なる故、末森後巻きの時打ち勝ち追い退け、その後越中地へ押し込み、度々の働き、殊に蓮沼間という所を焼き払い、段々手柄の儀、上方にても具に承り及び候。誠に申すべき様も無く候。その故日本国中へ聞こえんと存じ候て、我等馬を出し申し候ところに、内蔵助は御本城を頼み、色々侘び言申し、その上貴殿もその通りに免し候ようにと申され候間、是非無く越中新川・市郡までを遣わし免し申すはずに仕り候。
然らば越中をその方へ進ぜ候事は、貴殿比類なき槍先にて取り申され候間、満足にも思し召し間敷く候。則ち今度の御礼には我等名字名乗共に進ぜ候間、今日よりは前田又左衛門を引き替え、羽柴築前守と名乗り申すべく候。さては子息孫四郎の儀も羽柴を名乗り申すべく候。その方に劣らぬ心中に候。一々骨折り手柄共承り及び満足申し候。就いてはその越中三郡の儀は孫四郎名付けに折紙を

I write this in my own hand. Since last year, Sasa Kuranosuke has been duplicitous and has committed rebellion, repeatedly sending troops to the Kaga border. Therefore, thinking that this should be heard throughout all of Japan, I dispatched my forces.
