富士塚之小家より出火御屋敷中悉類火
利常公利治君之屋形へ入ゐふ翌四年神田
御屋敷作事成就八月廿一日御移徒也
按に三州志に作＿二神田邸と＿一蓋本郷神田同邸也と

現代語訳
富士塚の小家より出火し、御屋敷中悉く類焼した。利常公・利治君の屋形へ入居し、翌四年に神田御屋敷の作事が成就し、八月二十一日に御移徙された。
按ずるに、『三州志』には神田邸と作す。おそらく本郷・神田は同じ邸であると云う。
英語訳
A fire broke out from a small house at Fujizuka, and the entire residence compound was consumed by the spreading flames. [The family] took residence in the mansions of Lord Toshitsune and Lord Toshinao, and in the following 4th year, construction of the Kanda residence was completed, and they relocated there on the 21st day of the 8th month.
Upon examination, the "Sanshū-shi" refers to it as the Kanda residence. Presumably, the Hongō and Kanda [residences] are the same estate.
