大納言様への御献上について奉書をお渡しになった。
「重陽の御祝儀として御使者を以って目録の通り献上いたしました。
首尾よく披露いたしました。恐々謹言
九月七日 本多伯耆守
正永（花押）
小笠原佐渡守

松平兵部大輔殿」
ただし、右の献上についての御奉書は以後同様であるので記録しない。
一、九月七日 備前守（宣富）様、出羽守（吉透）様が御病気につき、御両所へ上使を以ってお見舞いがあったことに対する御礼として、江戸表へ御書状をお出しになった。
一、同月九日 御鷹狩りのため吉江へお出かけになった（同十三日御帰殿）
一、同月十二日 出羽守（吉透）様が御逝去（去る六日）につき、御国表で三日の間、鳴物停止をお命じになった。
一、同月十三日 右同断につき御悔みのため、御使者稲葉九助を江戸表へお遣わしになった。
一、同月十六日 先達って出羽守（吉透）様が御病気の節、上使を以ってご病気のお見舞いがあったことへの御礼として、江戸表へ御書状をお出しになった。
一、同月十八日 出羽守（吉透）様御逝去につき、庄五郎（宣維）様へ上使を以って御香典を

A formal letter (hōsho) was presented regarding the offering to the Great Councilor (Dainagon).
"We have presented offerings through a messenger for the Chrysanthemum Festival celebration as listed in the catalog.
The presentation was successfully completed. With utmost respect and humility,

1. September 7th - Since Lord Bizen-no-kami (Nobutomi) and Lord Dewa-no-kami (Yoshitōru) were ill, official envoys were sent to inquire about their health. In gratitude for this, a letter was sent to Edo.
1. Same month, 9th - His lordship departed for Yoshie for falconry (returned to the castle on the 13th).
1. Same month, 12th - Due to the death of Lord Dewa-no-kami (Yoshitōru) on the 6th, a three-day prohibition on music and entertainment was ordered throughout the domain.
1. Same month, 13th - Regarding the above, messenger Inaba Kyūsuke was dispatched to Edo to offer condolences.
1. Same month, 16th - In gratitude for the official inquiry about Lord Dewa-no-kami (Yoshitōru)'s illness sent previously through an official envoy, a letter was sent to Edo.
1. Same month, 18th - Due to Lord Dewa-no-kami (Yoshitōru)'s death, incense offerings were sent to Lord Shōgorō (Nobuyuki) through an official envoy.
