中町南側所有の家屋敷一ヶ所を元手金として金三十両を亥三郎殿へお渡しします。
万一当人（やす）が身を引く場合は、その時の心得により元手金をお渡しします。
以上の通り取り決めた上は、今後お互いに何らかの相違が生じることはありません。後日のため取り決め書として、よって件のごとし。

We shall transfer one house compound on the south side of Naka-machi as security, providing thirty ryo in gold to Inosaburo-dono.
Should the person in question (Yasu) withdraw, we shall provide the security money according to the understanding at that time.
Having made the above agreements, there shall be no future disagreements between us. This agreement document is for future reference, therefore as stated herein.
