修理大夫福胤の嫡子義則は妄好で、主ある女に目を通し、みだりに家中すべてから恨みを買った。その頃、長対馬守の娘を遊佐美作守が契約していて、既に迎えようとした時分に、義則が奪い取ってしまった。しかし遊佐は是非もない体であったが、長対馬守の嫡子九郎左衛門と父子ともに屋形へ恨みを抱いた。ある朝、屋形が府中の浜へ馬を責めに出された
