○御国江戸共御馬数向後廿疋高ニ被仰付候尤御留守年ハ此表謙五郎様御召
馬共七疋御国ニ候而ハ拾三疋ニ候事 右之通被仰出候

○御作事方御修覆御畳方共御入用之儀常磐橋霊巌島御屋敷之内御屋形向御普請
有之迄ハ悉皆一ケ年金高五百両ニ相定取扱候様被仰付候 但不時御入用之儀ハ格別候事
一上野御宿坊執事相当候節 一天徳寺御法事有之候節
一御近火并風雨ニ而損所有之候節 一御土蔵引直并御小屋替等別段被仰付候節
一両御屋敷道造り被仰付候節 右五ケ条不時御入用ニ相立候事

○去酉年御趣意ニ付川除普請銀各支配被仰付候処此度酉年以前之通郡方支配被仰付候
川除御普請所取締方之儀ハ是迄之通可被相心得候

○此度火之御番被仰出候処近来打続廉立候御入増差湊弥増之御物入共ニ而御勝手向
御指支ニ付来春ゟ三ケ御役料之内五十石 御借被成尤持高之儀御免被成候此段申

○近年引続牢抜有之ニ付其節牢屋〆り方之儀猶以厳重申渡候処年数も無之内此度
亦復牢抜有之元来先年格別御隣愍之思召を以二重牢ニ被仰付候其詮も無之
恐入候次第畢竟心得方不参届之由油断之儀不調法之至ニ候以来前々ゟ之条目規
定通急度相守聊も等閑之儀無之様与力共初役向之者末々迄厳敷可被申付候

江戸にて
○御国と江戸共に御馬数を今後二十疋高に仰せ付けられます。もっとも御留守年はこの表で謙五郎様御召馬共七疋、御国においては十三疋になります 右の通り仰せ出されます
御奉行
○御作事方御修覆御畳方共御入用の儀、常磐橋霊巌島御屋敷の内御屋形向御普請があるまでは、すべて一ヶ年金高五百両に相定め取扱うよう仰せ付けられます ただし不時御入用の儀は格別です
一、上野御宿坊執事相当の節 一、天徳寺御法事がある節
一、御近火並びに風雨で損所がある節 一、御土蔵引直し並びに御小屋替等別段仰せ付けられる節

○この度火の御番を仰せ出された処、近来打続き廉立った御入増差湊ますます増しの御物入共にて御勝手向御指支につき、来春より三ヶ御役料の内五十石御借りになります。もっとも持高の儀はご免になります。この段申し渡すよう仰せ出されます 八月二十九日 《割書：江戸にても同断》
町奉行
○近年引続き牢抜けがあったため、その節牢屋締まり方の儀なお以って厳重に申し渡した処、年数も無い内にこの度また牢抜けがありました。元来先年格別御隣愍のお思召しをもって二重牢に仰せ付けられたその詮もなく、恐れ入る次第です。畢竟心得方が参届かない由、油断の儀不調法の至りです。以来前々からの条目規定通りきっと相守り、聊かも等閑の儀無いよう与力共はじめ役向きの者末々まで厳しく申し付けるべきです
九月十六日

Magistrate
In Edo
○It is ordered that the number of horses for both the domain and Edo shall henceforth be set at twenty. However, during the lord's absence years, seven horses including Kengorō-sama's personal horses will be at this location, and thirteen will be in the domain. This has been proclaimed as above.
Chief Magistrate
○Regarding expenses for construction works, repairs, and tatami mat work, until construction work on the residence buildings within the Tokiwa Bridge and Reigan Island estates is completed, all expenses shall be handled with an annual budget fixed at 500 ryō. However, emergency expenses are exceptional.

Construction Magistrate
○Regarding the river embankment construction silver that was assigned to various administrations according to last year's directive, this time it is ordered that district administration shall handle it as before the previous year.
The supervision of river embankment construction sites should be understood as before.
August 11th
To all those receiving official stipends
○Regarding the fire watch duty that has been ordered this time, due to continued recent price increases and ever-increasing various expenses causing financial difficulties for the domain treasury, from next spring 50 koku will be borrowed from your three-season stipends. However, your landholdings are exempted. This matter is proclaimed to be announced. August 29th 《Marginal note: The same applies in Edo》
Town Magistrate
○Due to continued prison escapes in recent years, strict orders were given regarding prison security at that time, but within just a few years there has been another prison escape. Originally, out of special compassionate consideration in previous years, double prisons were ordered, but even this has proven ineffective, which is most regrettable. This ultimately shows that proper understanding has not been achieved, and such negligence is the height of misconduct. Henceforth, the regulations and rules from before must be strictly observed, and there must be no negligence whatsoever. This must be strictly ordered to all officials from the yoriki down to the lowest ranks.

In Edo Town Magistrate
○Regarding the handling of construction expenses that were previously ordered, since it appears difficult to manage the required duties, henceforth they shall be understood and handled according to the attached document. This matter should be arranged accordingly. Attached Document
