右之分御定金外ニ而出来其余り悉皆御入用金五百両ニ而増口出方無之勘弁

一交代御長屋之儀御家老御中老御用人之外ハ以後被相止事
一勤番御長屋之儀都而在来通ニ而臨時之儀ハ御取扱無之事
一定府御長屋之儀結構被仰付間数不足ニ候而も新規建出等之儀ハ不被成下相応
之明御長屋有之節御渡被成候事
但誰跡与被仰付御役料等被下候節ハ入替被仰付候事
一御長屋替被仰付候而も仕切代之儀以後不被下候事
一都而御長屋之儀前々御定法厳重相守少々之儀ニ候共相弛不申様取扱可申事

飛替之儀御趣意中被相止可成丈其儘指置及大破無拠節ハ其時々御勤定所向ニ而見分之上取計可申事
一両山御宿坊并御寺方畳替之儀以後御座間ニ而も見分之上飛替ニ而相済候様取計可申事
一御側向御御用大工遣方之儀ハ格別其余諸品御入用之分ハ訳合御奉行共へ相達御奉行
共ゟ御作事方へ可致通達事

○当春町在倹約〆り方被仰出有之処不心得之趣相聞ニ付別紙之通被仰出候此上心得違
有之候者ハ不得止急度可被及御沙汰左候へハ却而御不憐愍之形ニ相成口入事ニ候
且ハ当春本保支配所を初通達之運も有之候処等閑之姿ニ相遷不相済事
ニ候猶又〆り方之儀御目付へも被申談厳重可被取調候

右の分は御定金外にて出来、その余りすべて御入用金五百両にて増口出方無く勘弁し取扱うよう仰せ付けられます 九月十八日

一、交代御長屋の儀、御家老御中老御用人の外は以後相止められること
一、勤番御長屋の儀、すべて在来通りにて臨時の儀は御取扱い無きこと
一、定府御長屋の儀、結構仰せ付けられ間数不足であっても新規建出し等の儀は成し下されず、相応の空き御長屋がある節にお渡しになること
ただし誰の跡と仰せ付けられ御役料等を下される節は入替えを仰せ付けられること
一、御長屋替えを仰せ付けられても仕切代の儀は以後下されないこと
一、すべて御長屋の儀、前々の御定法を厳重に相守り、少々の儀であっても緩まないよう申し取扱うべきこと

一、両山御宿坊並びに御寺方畳替えの儀、以後御座間にても見分の上飛替えにて相済むよう取り計るべきこと
一、御側向御御用大工遣い方の儀は格別、その余諸品御入用の分は訳合を御奉行共へ相達し、御奉行共より御作事方へ通達すべきこと
十月七日
支配頭
○当春町在倹約締まり方を仰せ出されたところ、心得違いの趣が聞こえたため、別紙の通り仰せ出されます。この上心得違いがある者は已むを得ず急度御沙汰に及ぶべく、左様であれば却って御不憫愍の形に相成り、差し出がましいことです。かつ当春本保支配所をはじめ通達の運びもあったところ、等閑の姿に相移り済まないことです。なお締まり方の儀、御目付へも申し談じ厳重に取り調べるべきです

○当春格別の御憐愍をもって町在倹約締まり方の儀を仰せ出されたところ、近頃緩んだ趣が聞こえます。右のような成り行きでは畢竟御国恩を忘却し、不届き至極のことです。これにより以来心得違いの者があれば召し捕り吟味を遂げ、その筋により急度御沙汰に及ぶべく、その旨心得るべきこと

○今般御趣法により別紙書付の通り他国貨物を指し留められたため、いささか故障に関わらず支配下へ申し渡すべき旨、右につき与力の内両人掛かりを申し付け、その余手先の者掛かりを申し付けるのが然るべきであれば、取り調べ早速相達すべき旨

1. Regarding tatami replacement at mountain temple lodgings and temple facilities, henceforth even in formal reception rooms, inspection should determine if repairs can be managed through selective replacement

Anyone who continues to misunderstand will unavoidably face strict judgment, which would result in an unfortunate situation and be presumptuous. Moreover, since notifications were sent to Honpo administrative districts and others this spring, it is unacceptable that the situation has shifted toward negligence. Furthermore, regarding enforcement matters, strict investigation should be conducted in consultation with the inspectors
