○御参勤交代での帰国時の旅費について節約することは、先年も仰せ出されていたが、今年からさらに改革の趣旨により、幕府へも報告があり、すべてにおいて格別の節約をするため、これまでの慣例にとらわれず、道中の人数なども可能な限り縮小し、詳細に検討して無駄のないよう、諸事の費用を削減するよう、各々配慮を持って十分に取り調べること。

○御趣意により、去る酉年以来、河川工事の普請所取締の件を御普請奉行へ申し付けていたが、今度これを止めて、以後は酉年以前の通りに申し付けるので、そのよう心得て、管理方法などをそれぞれ適切に取り扱うこと。

○文化九年に御趣意があり、諸下代の者を諸組の内から増員配属とし、下代の勤務を諸組の内から出役として申し付けていたが、今後右出役勤務を止めて、以前の通り諸下代の者は御奉行支配に申し付ける。

　右の趣旨を配属組を持つ頭々に伝達した。

一、御趣意により町年寄を申し付けるについては、御用向きにより町奉行へ直接報告することもあり得る。

○In accordance with the lord's intent in Bunka 9, various assistant officials were assigned as additional allocations within various groups, with assistant duties assigned as dispatched service from within the groups. Hereafter, this dispatched service duty will be discontinued, and as before, various assistant officials will be assigned under magistrate supervision.
