〇格別之御省略ニ付御内証御定金高初被相減候へ共御腰物方之儀ハ是迄
不時御用向有之ニ付御定金入之儀ハ不被相減候不時御用代之儀御年限中悉皆
被相止候間不時御用之分共都而御定金三貫五百匁之内を以精誠勘弁取
扱可申事

〇江戸詰之節道中具足櫃為持ニ付為失却金四両三歩【ママ】被下来候へ共御年
限中高ゟ半分通被下候事

銀七匁八分被下来候へ共御年限中高ゟ半分通被下候事
御水主頭へ
〇明里御蔵所ゟ三国御蔵所へ下米并三国御蔵所ゟ明里御蔵所へ納米等之
節運賃銀之儀此度御厳法ニ付以来是迄之銀高ゟ一割被相減候事

〇当卯年ゟ巳年迄三ケ年之間年季定免被仰出免之儀ハ文化三寅免ニ被
仰付候間夫々宜被取計候

ニ事ニ候へハ加免も可被仰付儀ニ候へ共格別御了簡を以定免ニ被仰付候事
一村々之内無拠趣有之自然年季免出来不申村方も有之候ハヽ是迄之通見
立免被仰付出役諸雑用之儀郡村ゟ差出可申事
一年季定免中無毛作難下行米都而被相止候併格別相願候難事等有之
無毛田竿入相願候村方者御代官方ニ而篤与吟味指詰相達候ハヽ其節吟
味之上夫々御用捨筋可被仰付事
一年季免之内ハ諸願筋堅取揚ニ不及候事
現代語訳
諸事質素に取り扱うべきであり、また出家に似合わない不正の振る舞い等もある趣がおおよそ相聞こえる。万端宗法の定制を正しく相守るべきである。もし心得違いがあれば急度申し付けるべきことである。
六月二十五日
御腰物奉行へ 御用人
○格別の御省略につき御内証御定金高初め減らされたが、御腰物方の件はこれまで不時の御用向きがあるにつき、御定金入りの件は減らされない。不時御用代の件は御年限中悉皆止められるので、不時御用の分もすべて御定金三貫五百匁の内をもって精誠勘弁して取り扱い申すべきこと

○江戸詰めの節、道中具足櫃を持参するための紛失金として四両三歩が下されて来たが、御年限中は高から半分通り下されること
御目付へ
○江戸御供詰めの節の駕代として金十両二歩銀一匁八分、御留守詰めの節は金五両銀七匁八分が下されて来たが、御年限中は高から半分通り下されること
御水主頭へ
○明里御蔵所から三国御蔵所への下米並びに三国御蔵所から明里御蔵所への納米等の節の運賃銀の件は、この度の御厳法につき、以後これまでの銀高から一割減らされること

○当卯年から巳年まで三ヶ年の間、年季定免が仰せ出され、免の件は文化三寅免に仰せ付けられるので、それぞれ宜しく取り計らわれたい
別紙
○今年から三ヶ年の間年季定免が仰せ出されることにつきては、検見を始め定例出在等も止められることであるので、加免も仰せ付けられるべき件であるが、格別の御了簡をもって定免に仰せ付けられること
一、村々の内やむを得ない趣があり、自然年季免ができ申さない村方もあれば、これまでの通り見立免が仰せ付けられ、出役諸雑用の件は郡村から差し出し申すべきこと
一、年季定免中の無毛作難・下行米はすべて止められる。併せて格別相願う難事等があり、無毛田竿入れを相願う村方は、御代官方において篤と吟味し指詰めて相達すれば、その節吟味の上それぞれ御用捨筋が仰せ付けられること
一、年季免の内は諸願筋を堅く取り上げるに及ばないこと

All matters should be handled with frugality, and improper conduct unsuitable for Buddhist monks has also been generally reported. The established regulations of religious law should be properly observed in all respects. If there are any misunderstandings, strict measures shall be taken.

To the Sword Administrator Chamberlain
○ Due to exceptional cost reductions, the private allocated funds have been initially reduced, but regarding the sword department, since there have been emergency duties until now, the allocated funds will not be reduced. However, since emergency duty allowances are completely suspended during the designated period, all emergency duties should be handled with sincere economy within the allocated funds of 3 kan 500 monme.
To the Magistrate Magistrate
○ Regarding compensation of 4 ryō 3 bu for loss of armor boxes during travel while stationed in Edo, during the designated period, half the usual amount shall be provided.
To the Inspector
○ Regarding palanquin fees of 10 ryō 2 bu and 1 monme 8 fun of silver when accompanying to Edo, and 5 ryō and 7 monme 8 fun of silver when on castle duty, during the designated period, half the usual amounts shall be provided.
To the Head Boatman
○ Regarding transportation fees for rice shipments from Akari warehouse to Mikuni warehouse and rice deliveries from Mikuni warehouse to Akari warehouse, due to the current strict laws, henceforth the silver amount shall be reduced by 10% from previous rates.

Magistrate
○ A three-year fixed tax exemption period has been announced from this Rabbit year to the Snake year. The exemption shall follow the Bunka 3 Tiger year exemption, so please handle accordingly.
Separate Document
○ Regarding the three-year fixed tax exemption announced from this year, since inspections and regular official visits are also suspended, additional exemptions should normally be granted, but through special consideration, fixed exemptions are being implemented.
1. Within villages, if there are unavoidable circumstances and some villages cannot naturally receive the periodic exemption, assessment-based exemptions shall be granted as before, and expenses for official duties shall be provided by the county villages.
1. During the fixed exemption period, relief measures for crop failures and emergency rice distributions are completely suspended. However, if there are exceptional circumstances requiring special requests, and villages request field surveys for crop failures, if the magistrate's office conducts thorough investigations and reports urgently, appropriate relief measures may be granted after examination at that time.
