仰せ出されたが、しかし財政基盤が良くなく過分な財政状況であるので、なお一層財政運営のため精誠をもって心配するよう仰せ出された。
御奉行
○右同様に財政基盤が良くなく過分な財政状況であるので、去る丑年以来仰せ出された通り、諸役所の締め方について少しの事柄も利益となるよう工夫して丹精するよう仰せ出された。もっともこの趣旨について勝手役をはじめそれぞれがますます精励するよう申し聞かせること。
御目付
○来る未年から半減借米を免除し八歩借米を命じることについては、諸事前々の慣例通りに命じることになるが、財政基盤が良くなく過分な財政状況であるので、万事これまで通り倹約を厳重に守るよう仰せ出された。また家中の持高について別紙の通り触れること。
但し別紙の持高については御触れの中に記載する

○三国湊沖で白米雑穀をはじめ出船を差し留め置いているが、米雑穀並びに酒造用材木の分については津出を許可する。米穀の搬入については差し留めること。その件について取り扱うこと。

○御儒者へのお考えにより正義堂を任せ生徒を指導するよう仰せ付けられて良い状況であったが、この度御趣意があり免職とされた。
一、正義堂塾頭並びに句読師の面々、この度御趣意により免職とされたが、これまでの精励により帯地を一つずつ下し置かれた。

○Through His Lordship's consideration, the Confucian scholar was entrusted with Seigi-dō hall and ordered to train students, which was proceeding well, but due to a change in policy, he has been dismissed.
