中領郡奉行
○吉田運吉について、この度志比領の開田・荒地復旧等を命じられたので、国益となる事業については従来から命じられている通り、さらに一層心配りをして取り計らうよう命じられた。その旨を申し渡すこと。

○昨年家督相続を仰せつけられた後、段々と結構なお言葉をいただき有り難く思っている。ついては、代々申し付けられている適切な条目の通り、堅く守ること。他所に対することは勿論、御家中の朋友との交際においても無礼で軽率なことがないよう心得、万事を慎み、専ら御奉公に精励すること。今年は江戸に滞在されるので、さらに一層御配慮をいただいて仰せ渡されることなので、御家中一統和合して勤務するよう命じられた。

　右は御本丸の席々において御老中が申されたことによる。
　但し江戸表においても右同様に仰せ出された。ただし今年は江戸滞在されるのでという文言はない。

This matter shall be communicated to him.

○After being granted succession to the headship last year, you have received many excellent pronouncements for which you should be grateful. Therefore, you must strictly observe the appropriate regulations that have been established for generations. Not only in dealings with outsiders, but also in friendships within the domain, you must be mindful to avoid discourtesy and recklessness. Exercise prudence in all matters and devote yourselves exclusively to loyal service. Since this year involves residence in Edo, even greater consideration has been given to these instructions, so all members of the domain are commanded to work together harmoniously.

　Additionally, this shall be communicated to all those under command.
　The above was stated by the Senior Councilors at their seats in the Main Castle.
　Note: The same was announced in Edo, though without the phrase about this year's Edo residence.
