浦等ニ至迄海陸共諸事締方愈以堅相守可申事
一造酒屋并米買込之儀是又被差留候処不時銘々蔵改之者差出儀も可有之候旨
猶又厳重相心得可申事
右之趣心得違於有之ハ当人ハ勿論其所之役人迄吟味之上可被及御沙汰候自然右体
之儀及見聞候ハヽ早々可致内訴事尤庄屋役人ニあらすとも相宜無油断可遂吟
味候万一乍存内訴ニも不及者於有之ハ急度咎可申付事
右之通支配下へ早々可触知者也

愈以此節米価高直ニ候へハ猶又端浦等へ組之者差出置厳敷締り方可申付事

○米雑穀并造酒之分他国出締り方之儀度々厳重被仰出候へ共此上心得違之者
有之右之品々隠出候者相顕ニおゐてハ取揚之上訴出候者へ被下置候ハヽ相互ニ無油
断可遂吟味万一右体乍存不訴出候者於有之ハ急度咎可申付事

御方之様に准じて御機嫌伺いに御名前を書き加えていたが、御代も替わられたことなので、今後はその必要がない旨仰せ出された。

支配頭 御預所共
○今頃から新米の先売り・先買いをすることおよび手形を所持せずに質手形で売買することについて、この両方ともに固く禁止する。今年は特に米価が高値の折なので、もし心得違いの者があれば厳しく処罰する。この旨申し付けること。

右は今年米価が高値のため定例の文言と異なるので記録しておく。

○先だって町在ともに米・雑穀および造酒の分の他国への搬出を差し止めた。これにより各所の関所および端浦等に至るまで海陸ともに諸事の締め方をますます堅く守ること。
一、造酒屋および米買い込みについてはこれも差し止めているが、不時の銘々蔵改めの者を差し出すこともあろうから、なお一層厳重に心得ること。
右の趣旨に心得違いがあれば当人は勿論その所の役人まで吟味の上処罰する。もしこのような事を見聞きしたなら早々に内々に訴え出ること。ただし庄屋・役人でなくとも適宜に油断なく吟味すべきである。万一承知していながら訴え出ない者があれば厳しく咎めを申し付ける。
右の通り支配下へ早々に触れ知らせるものである。

○町在ともに米・雑穀および造酒の分の他国への搬出について先だって厳重な締め方等を命じておいたが、ますますこの節米価が高値なのでさらに端浦等へ組の者を差し出しておき厳しい締め方を申し付けること。

○米・雑穀および造酒の分の他国への搬出締め方について度々厳重に仰せ出されているが、この上心得違いの者がいて右の品々を隠して搬出する者が発覚した場合は取り上げの上、訴え出た者に下し置かれるなら相互に油断なく吟味すべきである。万一このような事を承知していながら訴え出ない者があれば厳しく咎めを申し付ける。
