　同九月十三日同人持参松本直衛を以上ル此書面都筑

　永代橋外弐橋助成地橋番人其外之者共
　夜番相勤候ニ付御入用増願之儀奉伺候書付

　同九月十三日　同人が持参し、松本直衛を通じて提出　この書面は都筑十左衛門へ下付され、同十月朔日　竹村慈左衛門を通じて伺いの通り申し付けるよう持田太郎助へ御渡し【以上朱記】

Kaei 6th year
　Ox year, 3rd month, 16th day: Brought by Mochida Tarōsuke and submitted through Takemura Jizaemon
　Same year, 9th month, 13th day: Brought by the same person and submitted through Matsumoto Naoe. This document was sent down to Tsuzuki Jūzaemon, and on the 1st day of the 10th month of the same year, it was delivered to Mochida Tarōsuke through Takemura Jizaemon with instructions to proceed as inquired 【Above in red notation】
