心付候は勿論別而大風之節は猶更

奉行所より相触次第風相止候迄は
諸職諸商売共相休他出不致
最早他行いたし候ものは早々立帰り
火之元之一途を相守火之番行事
共え家主共壱両人加り町抱人足
召連たへす町内を相廻り火之元
触歩行名主は支配町々を見廻り
心付候様可致尤右触出シ無之候とも
風烈ニ而空之色変り候程之儀ニ候ハヽ
一同右同様相心得可且出火之節

心付けるのは勿論、特に大風の節はなおさら
厳重に心付けるべき筋として緊要な儀につき、月番の
奉行所より相触れ次第、風が止むまでは
諸職・諸商売とも相休み、他出致さず、
既に他行いたした者は早々立ち帰り、
火の元の一途を相守り、火の番・行事
共へ家主共一両人加わり、町抱人足を
召し連れ、絶えず町内を相回り、火の元
触れ歩行し、名主は支配町々を見回り
心付けるよう致すべきこと。尤も右触れ出し無き候とも、
風烈しくて空の色変わり候ほどの儀に候わば、
一同右同様相心得べきこと。且つ出火の節

It goes without saying that one must be vigilant, but especially during strong winds, even more
strict vigilance is required. As this is an urgent matter, once the monthly magistrate's
office issues a notice, until the wind subsides,
all trades and businesses shall cease, and no one shall go out.
Those who have already gone elsewhere shall return immediately.
They shall single-mindedly protect against fire sources, with fire watchmen and officials
joined by one or two landlords each, leading town laborers,
constantly patrolling the town quarters, walking about giving fire prevention
notices. The headmen shall patrol their assigned districts and
ensure vigilance is maintained. Moreover, even if no such official notice is issued,
if the wind is fierce enough to change the color of the sky,
