現代語訳
一同年五月 大坂廻米御払方並びに御借金のため御用にて上洛するよう仰せ付けられ上洛し、同十二月に帰国した事
一同二卯年正月 精出し相勤め上方の御用もよく弁達したにつき、格別に只今までの御役料五斗に御加増、御直外に壱石の御役料を下し置かれた事
一同年七月 理石衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一同三辰年十月 御振合いにより転任となったにつき、当務を免ぜられ御家老附四の寄合組に仰せ付けられ、御役料壱石を只今まで通り下し置かれ、これまで精出し相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一同年十一月 先の務めの元〆方御勘定、これまでの分を取り調べるよう仰せ付けられ、下し置かれたい旨をその筋より申し出てきたので、右の御用が済むまで元役所へ出向いて取り調べるよう仰せ付けられた事

Same year, 5th month: He was ordered to go to the capital on official business for Osaka rice sales and domain debt matters, departed in the 5th month and returned in the 12th month.
Same 2nd Rabbit year [1819], 1st month: For his diligent service and proper handling of Kyoto region duties, he was specially granted an increase of 5 to (measures) to his current stipend, plus an additional 1 koku of stipend outside of direct grants.

Same 3rd Dragon year [1820], 10th month: Due to personnel reshuffling, he was relieved of his current duties and appointed to the senior retainer's fourth joint group, with his 1 koku stipend continuing as before, and his diligent service to date was formally commended.
Same year, 11th month: He was ordered to investigate and compile records from his previous position in the accounting office, and since the relevant department requested that this be granted, he was ordered to go to his former office to conduct the investigation until this official business was completed.
