現代語訳
金三両二人扶持を下し置かれ、平坊主に召し出された事
一、享保十五戌年（月日不詳）加翁遠沢義が久々に江戸に在住しており、珍しい絵本を所持していたので、それを写し取るよう仰せ付けられた事
一、寛保元酉年正月、年割に仰せ付けられた事
一、同年（月日不詳）御絵筆・御絵の具一通り合わせて十三品を下し置かれた事
一、延享四丑年十一月十八日、五十一歳にて病死。法名は観阿察運良斎居士。葬所は同上（平等山西光寺）

英語訳
He was granted three ryō of gold and provisions for two people, and was summoned to serve as a hira-bōzu (junior monk attendant).
1. In the 15th year of Kyōhō, Year of the Dog (month unknown): Since Kaō Tōzawa-gi had been residing in Edo for a long time and possessed rare picture books, he was ordered to make copies of them.
1. In the 1st year of Kanpō, Year of the Rooster, first month: He was assigned to yearly duties (nenwari).
1. Same year (month unknown): He was granted a complete set of painting brushes and pigments, totaling thirteen items.
1. In the 4th year of Enkyō, Year of the Ox, 11th month, 18th day: He died of illness at age fifty-one. His posthumous Buddhist name was Kan'a Satsun Ryōsai Koji. Burial site: same as above (Byōdōzan Saikōji Temple).
