事
一、天明五巳年六月十八日病死。法名は郎阿養仙信士。葬所は同上（平等山西光寺）
遠鶴常昌（初名：金治、また養伯とも呼ばれる。享保十五午年誕生）
母は同上
妻は山内治兵衛方の次女（延享元子年四月二十日誕生、文化四卯年十二月十九日病死。法名は常照院容誉寿声大姉。葬所は同上）
一、延享二丑年五月、親の御擬作が減らされず、金三両二人扶持を下し置かれ、平坊主に召し出された事
一、寛延元辰年正月、絵の筋の稽古をしたことにより、絵修行一通りを仰せ付けられ、本務の御番方を御免になった事
一、同二巳年五月、貫綜院様並びに御姫様方の御慰みのために、席画品々を仰せ付けられた
但し、この後度々右の御用を仰せ付けられた事

1. In the 2nd year of Enkyō, Year of the Ox, 5th month: His father's stipend was not reduced, and he was granted three ryō of gold and provisions for two people, and was summoned to serve as hira-bōzu (junior monk attendant).
1. In the 1st year of Kan'en, Year of the Dragon, 1st month: Due to his practice in painting techniques, he was assigned to complete painting training, and was relieved of his main duty in the guard service.
1. In the 2nd year of the same era, Year of the Snake, 5th month: He was ordered to create various paintings for the entertainment of Kansōin-sama and the princesses.
