　　　 《見せ消ち：此御朱印》大高檀紙一枚文字配等如是
　　　上包同紙一枚
　　　　　享保十九公甲寅年十月江戸ゟ被　仰下ニ付同十三日便ニ此通
　　　　　写差上候右ニ付同月十一日　御朱印御本書之通書　御■【城？】写尤御本書
　　　　　ゟハ小紙ニ付紙ニ応文字上包折形等迄此通相違無之

現代語訳

吉宗公御朱印写
この御朱印（見せ消ち）大高檀紙一枚、文字配置等はこの通り
上包も同じ紙一枚
享保十九年甲寅年十月、江戸より仰せ下されたことにより、同十三日の便でこの通り写しを差し上げ候。これに付き同月十一日、御朱印の御本書の通り書写。御城写、もっとも御本書よりは小紙につき、紙に応じ文字、上包、折形等まで、この通り相違無し。

In the 10th month of Kyōhō 19, year of the Wood Tiger, as ordered from Edo, this copy was submitted by courier on the 13th day of the same month. Regarding this matter, on the 11th day of the same month, a copy was made exactly as written in the original vermillion seal document. Castle copy - although on smaller paper than the original document, the paper quality, characters, upper wrapper, folding method, etc. are identical without any differences.
