   不可有尽期雖然氏人等殺害社司事先代未聞之    所行宿老歎申之間所詮為惣一社氏人張本人等可    落失之由可計略歟然者社頭無為宿老訴詔又似被    付跡歟云々     下地注文別《割書:虫喰|》 【朱:在于評定預筥云々寫直一所持云々】 一、今度就御公事自衆中如申御他行之条悦喜申候公事目出   度《割書:虫喰|》可有御帰住候然者則往来貴布称田共ニ宛可申候   但無闕者其間者此下地於可有御知行候若又他所にても當   所にても候へ及御生涯子細候ハヽ十年も御跡へ可進候如此申定上   者更以不可有相違候仍而為以後契約之状如件    文明八年五月廿五日 豊前々司以下廿五人連判      石徳大夫殿 【朱:是仕替田之起歟】     依御尋謹而言上 一、死闕之儀社納ニ被来候儀氏人よりハ宝永之頃ゟ歟申   七家よりは天和之頃ゟ歟申也   右留書等有之候哉且又天和宝永以前之儀者   百四拾人満候哉之事    右社納之留書と申物ハ無御座候得共往来田交替    之義ヲ天和之比ゟ社家之内私ニ書付置候物有之候    社納ニ成候子細者先達申上候通精進改役相勤候    以後田地請取候様ニ成来候ニ付天和以前ゟも時々寄    暫之間社納二成候義有之候然共宝永以前之義者    無程百四十人満候事も御座候夫故天和貞享
