一、充往来田前百廿日日数之儀是迄任置文之旨
年々十人宛立来候處只今ニ而者日数満候輩
数多依有之暫日数立候義相延此已後田充
前廿一人目ニ相成候時其壱人目より以下拾人充
可相立事
但一人目ニ相成候共定例之外半ゟ不及立之事
一、二季御禊御掃除勤役之儀も日数満候輩悉
相務候時者再當参頭より順々可相務事
右立會老若三手一統令一決者也
明和五戊子年八月
右者自成崇主令借用急写了
文政三辰年三月十日 肥前守経千

定
一、往来田充当前百二十日の日数の義、これまで置文の旨に任せ年々十人ずつ立ててきたところ、只今においては日数満了の輩が数多くあるため、しばらく日数立ての義を延期し、この以後田充当前二十一人目に相成った時、その一人目より以下十人を充当すべき事
ただし一人目に相成ったとしても、定例の外、半分からは立てるに及ばない事
一、二季御禊・御掃除勤役の義も、日数満了の輩がことごとく相務める時は、再び当番参頭より順々に相務めるべき事
右立ち会い老若三手一統にて一決せしめるものなり
明和五戊子年八月

Regulations
1. Regarding the matter of the 120-day period before appointment to reciprocal fields: Until now, following the written instructions, ten people have been appointed annually. However, at present there are many people who have completed their required days of service. Therefore, the matter of establishing service days shall be temporarily postponed. Hereafter, when the 21st person in line for field appointment is reached, ten people starting from the first person onward shall be appointed.
However, even when reaching the first person, except for regular cases, it is not necessary to appoint from the halfway point.
1. Regarding service duties for the bi-seasonal purification ceremonies and cleaning: when all those who have completed their required days of service have finished their duties, service shall resume in order starting again from the duty head.
The above was unanimously decided through consultation among the three groups of elders, middle-aged, and young members.
